My background - In France and abroad
Education and training
I am a French Clinical Psychologist with a Bachelor's and a Master's of Science degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the University of Paris Cité. As part of my five-year program, I had the opportunity to study for one year at Laval University in Quebec, Canada.

I also received a certification in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CBT) after three years of training at the French Association for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (AFTCC). As an active member of this association, I continue to participate in training sessions and scientific conferences.

Furthermore, I have pursued extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is part of the "third wave" of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies. Similar to CBT, ACT places great emphasis on the empirical validation of its core principles and the clinical research on its effectiveness.

I have also acquired skills in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Experiences in France et abroad

I have 10 years of experience working in public and private health sectors, which allowed me to work with people across the lifespan and struggling with a wide range of difficulties.

When I worked in the department of psychiatry of the Hospital of Versailles, I conducted complete assessments for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes to support patients with severe and chronic psychiatric disorders (psychotic disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders). I worked collaboratively with the patient, their families, general practitioners, social workers, and patient associations to provide tailored, holistic, and long-term support.

I also have experience working on supporting and rehabilitating children and adolescents with developmental disorders. I designed and conducted psychological interventions to develop specific executive functions and foster autonomy and socialization. I intervened at home, in school, and in the workplace to facilitate professional insertion.

Aside from working in collaborative environments, I have been working in private practices with people of all ages, struggling with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, grief, relational problems, emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, and identity questioning.

During my career, I have practiced in France, Singapore, and now the UK.
I practiced in French and English and supported patients of all ages and from a wide variety of nationalities and cultural backgrounds.

In January 2023, I moved to Brighton, England. I continue to collaborate with The Other Clinic based in Singapore and offer online consultations for clients living in Singapore and throughout Asia. I am also expanding my online clinic to patients living in Europe.

Regarding in-person consultations, I am an associate of the Brighton and Hove Psychotherapy practice and conduct sessions from their Hove office at 49 Church Road, Hove, BN3 2BE.
