I am currently on maternity leave and will not be taking new clients during this time.
I plan to return in October/November 2025 and will begin scheduling appointments then.

The Practice :
Brighton and Hove Psychotherapy practice is situated on Church Road, across from St John the Baptist's Church, near Palmeira Square. It is a five-minute walk from the seafront.​

Please note that our consulting rooms are located on the third floor, and unfortunately, there is no lift access, making them inaccessible to clients with mobility issues. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Parking :
You can find on-street parking on roads surrounding Church Road, with the closest option being First Avenue in Hove. Additionally, Norton Road car park, open 24 hours, provides convenient parking with fees starting at £1.20 for an hour.

Our location is easily accessible by public transportation, with the nearest train station, Hove Station, just a 15-minute walk away. Brighton station is also within reach, approximately a 20-minute walk from our location.
